• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected security incidents.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the services in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or exploit the services.
• Interfere with service integrity, security, or performance.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data except as expressly permitted.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the services, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and related materials are owned by Optimist Technologies or its licensors. Except for limited rights expressly granted, no license or ownership is transferred to you.

5. Customer Data

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optimist Technologies and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Optimist Technologies, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the services, your data, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, present security risks, or where required by law. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to mandatory law, courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
